Here is the ugly truth! I've been having too many cheat days and it is time to get back on track! I've been having so much fun blogging, but I have gained some weight in the process. (See last few posts for evidence)
So....no more cheat days for me for a while.
I need to get focused and that is probably going to mean that I won't have as many posts to share. Unless you want pictures of protein shakes, salads, yogurt and grilled chicken. I'll try to get creative....we'll see.
Here is my first recipe:
Basic Trail Mix
Add ingredients and mix together:
mini chocolate chips (I can't help it)
I made this because I work at a very busy physical therapy office and I need a snack that keeps me going. I usually work until 8 pm, so this is sometimes my dinner. Not ideal, but it could be worse. I measure out 1/3 cup in snack size bags. Now I have an easy to grab, healthy snack for work that has good proteins and fats.
