This is a fast and flavorful side dish. I love using red potatoes because of their creamy texture. Delicious!
Beyond Easy Roasted Red Potatoes
8-10 red potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash and slice red potatoes. Place sliced potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup olive oil and Lipton Onion Soup packet and mix thoroughly.
Drizzle some olive oil in a roasting pan and put in hot 400 degree oven. Let roasting pan and oil heat up for 5-8 minutes.
Add seasoned potatoes to hot pan. Cook potatoes 35-40 minutes turning once or twice with a spatula.

ReplyDeleteTwo nights ago I ran out of dishwasher detergent. My boyfriend was supposed to bring some back, but he does not seem to understand that there's a difference between dish soap and dish detergent.
ReplyDeleteI had a ton of dirty dishes so I just put in the soap. Big mistake! Two hours later I saw that the whole kitchen floor looked like I'd run a bubble bath! It was my most I-Love-Lucy-ish moment ever.
Whoops!
On the plus-side, the linoleum hasn't looked this good for quite some time!
