Oriental Coleslaw Salad

I got this recipe from my sister in law Carrie. It was love at first bite! If you haven't already...you need to try this deliciously different salad. Just be sure to add the dressing just before serving, or the noodles and coleslaw will get soggy. Yeah, no leftovers. Don't worry, there usually aren't any leftovers when I make this.

Also, scroll down to see the cool kids chop sticks. They are so fun!

Oriental Coleslaw Salad

Dressing:

4Tbsp. sugar

3 Tbsp. soy sauce

2 Tbsp. white vinegar

1/2 c. Mazola oil

1/2 tsp. pepper

2 packages oriental Ramen seasoning packets

Combine above ingredients and set aside.

In a large glass serving bowl, combine:

2 packages of precut cabbage (coleslaw)

1 bunch of green onions, chopped fine

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (about 3 breasts)

Toast in 375 degree oven until light brown:

2 packages of Ramen noodles, broken up into small pieces

4 Tbsp or more of Sunflower seeds, Sesame seeds or sliced almonds

Let noodles and nuts/seeds cool. Combine dressing, noodles and coleslaw mixture just before serving. Enjoy!
