Zucchini Pizza Bites

I found this recipe at Gina's Skinny Recipes. It is a great blog if you are looking for recipes with Weight Watcher point values and delicious food!

I loved these little pizza bites. What a great way to use up the last of my zucchini harvest AND get my pizza fix at the same time. The only changes I made to the recipe is that I baked them at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. I also added some garlic salt and basil to the top of the cheese. Delicious!
