Simple and Healthy Summer Treat

Here is a simple but delicious and healthy summer treat!

Just put some berries in a bowl.

Add some skim milk.

And a little bit of sugar if you need some sweetness.

Enjoy and know that you are getting some great Vitamin C, antioxidant, and cancer fighting goodness!

  1. We love to just eat them plain! Sometimes I sprinkle a little sugar on them depending on their natural sweetness! They make an awesome snack!

  2. Our berries are just coming up now. I love eating strawberries with some whipped cream or ice cream, same with raspberries and cherries all by themselves!!

  4. Anyway u can is how I enjoy my berries. I won first prize at our local club for our pie, and it was surely the berries that got them to vote us numero uno.
