Let me just say that these little appetizers were the hit of the holiday season. My family, young and old, LOVED them. I loved them because they were so easy to make.
Antipasti Kabobs
Adapted from Paula Deen
1 bottle Italian dressing
1 (6 oz) can whole pitted black olives
36 whole pimento stuffed green olives
1 pound hard salami, sliced or cut into cubes
1 (8 oz) package tri-color cheese tortellini, cooked and cooled
36 wooden skewers
Place olives, salami and cooked tortellini in a plastic resealable bag. Add Italian dressing, seal bag and place in fridge for at least 2-3 hours or overnight. When ready, skewer olives, salami and tortellini and place on decorative plate. Enjoy!
*Note: You can also add cubes of mozzarella cheese to the mixture. Yum!
